In response to COVID-19, we are extending our returns period to within 30 days of receipt.
If you wish to return a product, please do so within 30 days from the ship date for a refund on the purchase price, minus shipping, gift wrap, or any other non-refundable items. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card or paypal account used for payment. If you received any free gifts or promotional items with your order, you would also need to enclose these with your return otherwise we will not be able to complete your refund in full and you could be charged for missing items.
Naturally, we cannot take returns on used products or products not bought online at oibeautiful.co.uk. To return items to oibeautiful.co.uk, please follow these simple steps:
1. Contact us at sales@oibeautiful.co.uk and inform us on your return and the reason.
2. We recommend shipping your return with a service that provides tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit. All returns should be mailed to:

3. Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival, and we will send you a confirmation by email. Please allow 1-2 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
